The debate on immigration is dominating our headlines. Many Americans — including many Christians — want the United States to continue to be a country that welcomes immigrants, but at the same time they want to ensure that our immigration policies protect our national security.
Like so many, I also fear that America is going to be harmed by the recent invasion of migrants; yet, I feel responsible to show compassion. This debate has caused JCFilms Studios to start production on new faith film simply entitled, MIGRANTS.
MIGRANTS tells the story of a small rural Florida church that opens its doors to hundreds of immigrants. The film explores the many challenges the church community endures in its efforts to show compassion to the immigrant families.
“This movie is not a political film, nor does it advocate for immigration reform; it’s simply a sincere effort to motivate people of faith to be more engaged in this issue,” said Jason Campbell, President of JCFilms Studios.
